Savass Brokers Srl was established at the end of the 1980s in order to guarantee assistance in the insurance sector to the customers of Campostano Group to which it belongs. Our activity has thus established itself initially in the marine sector as well as in the transport and logistics sectors, and then progressively developed in areas unrelated to shipping, continuing the path of specialization until it acquired consolidated and recognized experience in the main insurance sectors: industrial, craft, commercial and retail (car insurance, home insurance, etc.).
Specifically, the acquired knowledge of the industrial production and risk assessment issues that we have acquired over the years allows us to offer specific and highly professional insurance services, able to accompany the entrepreneur in the most appropriate choices regarding the management of his specific risk, by guaranteeing a qualified assistance in claims management and a constant technical-legal support.

Any policyholder has the right to file complaints by sending an email to our PEC address: savassbrokers@pec.campostano.com. In case of dissatisfaction with the outcome of the complaint or failure to receive a response within 45 days from the date of receipt, the customer can contact IVASS – Intermediaries Supervision Service, via del Quirinale 21, 00187 Rome, the judicial authority, or resort to out-of-court dispute resolution systems provided for by the current regulations indicated in the Additional Policy Terms and Conditions.
